Underground Rapper Says There Should Be A State With No Laws

In a clip that’s starting to circulate, one underground rapper shares his thoughts on crime, policing… and what he thinks could “fix” it.

And his idea?

“If y’all want the murder rate to go down… why not create a separate place for people who live like that… and keep it contained?”
